Data Deletion Instructions for Santidenty
According to Meta Platform rules, we provide an easy way for users to request the deletion of their Platform Data and account activities associated with the Santidenty app.
If you wish to remove your data, you can do so by following these two steps:
Option 1: Remove the Santidenty App via Facebook/Instagram
This is the fastest way to disconnect your accounts and stop our app from accessing your future data.
Log in to your Facebook or Instagram account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
Locate Santidenty in the list of active apps.
Click the Remove button.
(Optional) Check the box to "Also delete all posts, videos or events Santidenty posted on your timeline."
Option 2: Request Full Data Deletion via Support
Removing the app from your Facebook settings stops future access but may leave your past chat history on our secure servers. To request a permanent wipe of all historical data, follow these steps:
Email us at: contact@santidenty.com
Subject Line: "Meta Data Deletion Request"
Required Information: Please include your full name and the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected.
What happens next? Once we receive your email, we will manually delete the following from our backend within 5-7 business days:
Your unique User and Page Access Tokens.
Any stored message metadata (timestamps, thread IDs).
Your profile identifiers (Name, Email, Profile Picture).
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
